Μια γλυπτική ματιά στη φυσική δόμηση
Αυτά τα μεγάλης κλίμακας γλυπτά είναι εμπνευσμένα απο τα ξυλόγλυπτα ΤΟΤΕΜ των Ινδιάνων της Αμερικής και της Πολυνησίας (Tiki). Κάθε φυλή είχε το δικό της τοτέμ, το οποίο απεικόνιζε είτε ζώο είτε φυτό και θεωρούνταν προστάτης της φυλής με θρησκευτικό χαρακτήρα.
Για την κατασκευή των δικών μας ΤΟΤΕΜ θεωρήθηκε σωστό να χρησιμοποιηθούν φυσικά υλικά ως επίκληση στη μητέρα φύση και προστάτιδα όλων των φυλών πάνω σε αυτόν τον πλανήτη. Έτσι, επιστρατεύσαμε την παραδοσιακή μέθοδο κτισίματος με αχυροδεμάτια και επιχρίσμα απο αργιλόχωμα για τη δημιουργία μορφών. Η τελική ζωγραφική έγινε με χρώματα για σοβά. Το αποτέλεσμα βρίσκεται μπροστά σας.
Let's meet our tribe!
A sculptural look to natural building
These large sculptures are inspired by the woodwork TOTEM of the American Indians and Polynesians (Tiki). Each tribe had its own totem, which depicted either animal or plant and the patron saint of the race with a religious character.
For the construction of our own TOTEM it was considered appropriate to use natural materials as an appeal to mother nature and protector of all races on this planet. So we recruited the method of traditional building with straw-bales and clay plastering to create the forms. The final painting was done with colors for plaster. The result is in front of you.
